940.04 COMPLIANCE WITH EXISTING FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS.

Facility Operators subject to regulation under this Chapter must comply fully with all existing applicable federal, state, and local regulations in addition to any of the requirements established in this chapter.
