939.06 FREE SERVICE TO CHILDREN'S HOME.

The Director of Public Utilities shall make no charge for water furnished to the Butler County Children's Home as per the agreement in the deed recorded in Vol. 82, page 92-93, Butler County Deed Records, Butler County Recorder's Office, Butler County Court House, Hamilton, Ohio. (Ord. 6140. Passed 3-2-60.)
