935.091 SEWER RATE STABILIZATION FUND.

   The rates established by Sections 935.02 and 935.12, inclusive, shall be increased in any fiscal year by the percentage certified by the City Manager to the Director of Finance and the Director of Public Utilities to be necessary to cause there to be appropriated to the credit of the Sewer Rate Stabilization Fund in such fiscal year the amount required by any outstanding municipal bond indenture issued by the City to be credited with respect to such fiscal year, such increase to take effect commencing the month after the certification.
