935.04 PAYMENT, PENALTY AND DISCONNECTION.

Payment for all rates and other applicable charges shall be made in accordance with Section 927.09. In the event any owner of real estate or a building which is connected to the City's sanitary sewage system, or the lessee of such real estate or building, fails to pay a bill for sanitary sewage service and such bill becomes delinquent, penalties shall be assessed against all delinquent amounts and water service to such premises shall be subject to disconnection all in accordance with Section 927.10.
