911.08 REMOVAL.
   It shall be the duty of the owner or person responsible for any pole or post in any street, thoroughfare, park or other public ground, when the permit therefor is revoked, or when the use of such pole or post has been or is abandoned, to remove the pole or post and restore the site thereof to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, without cost to the City. If upon notification by the Director to do so, any such person, firm or corporation fails within fifteen days to comply with such notice, the Director shall remove the pole or post and restore its site, and shall report the cost of doing so to the Director of Finance and the Director of Law, who shall collect such costs from such person, in any lawful manner and by any lawful action, together with the costs of such collection.
