911.07 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

   The Director of Public Works shall have the power, and it shall be his duty, to revoke any and all permits grant to any person, under the provisions of this chapter whenever any such person or corporation refuses or neglects to maintain any such pole or post in a safe condition, or to comply with any provision of ordinance or with any reasonable order or requirement of the Director of Public Works in respect thereto. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to derogate from the power of Council to require at any time the removal, relocation or replacement of any pole or post, whether a permit for it has been issued or not.
