911.03 RELOCATION AND REPLACEMENT.

   It shall be a condition of every pole permit, and of the continued use of the streets, thoroughfares, parks and other public grounds for poles or posts, that upon the demand or order of the Director of Public Works to do so, the owner or person responsible for such poles or posts shall at his own expense relocate or replace any such pole or post so as not to interfere with any public improvement, or so as to conform to any general relocation of such poles or posts throughout the City or within any block or blocks, or so as to remove any dangerous condition.
