911.02 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.

   The application for a pole permit shall state the number of poles or posts desired; the location, height above the surface, depth of setting, reinforcement or guying, number of wires, cables or other fixtures or appurtenances to be supported by each; and the relation to other poles or posts used by the same applicant. The Director of Public Works, may, in granting the permit, modify any of the particulars of the application. (1931 Code §22.6312)
