910.11 ADOPTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to make and adopt such rules and regulations governing the exercise of permits and licenses issued under this chapter as he may deem necessary and proper for the administration of this chapter. No person shall violate or fail to comply with any such rule or regulation.
