910.07 CONCRETE CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE REQUIRED.
No person, other than the abutting owner, shall undertake to construct or repair any public sidewalk, curb, gutter, or driveway as defined in Section 910.01 without first having obtained a license as a concrete contractor. Such license shall be dated as of the day of issue and shall expire one year thereafter. Application for a license shall be made in writing to the Director of Public Works who, if he is satisfied that the applicant is qualified to properly construct and repair sidewalks, curbs, gutters and driveways, shall issue such license upon payment of the fee required in Section 910.08 and upon filing the bond required in Section 910.09.
