909.05 NUISANCE REMOVAL FROM SIDEWALKS, STREET LAWNS, CURBS AND GUTTERS.

No owner or occupant of abutting lands shall fail to keep the sidewalks, street lawn, curbs or gutters free from any garbage, refuse, rubbish or any other waste material the presence of which would tend to create a danger to public health, safety or welfare.
