907.15 WORK STARTED WITHOUT A PERMIT.

When work for which a permit is required by this chapter, is started prior to obtaining such permit, the fees required by the permit shall be doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the requirements of this chapter, or any other law of the State or ordinance of this City. The double fee shall be in addition to any penalty provided by law.
