907.14 EFFECT OF NONCOMPLIANCE.

The Director of Public Works may refuse to issue any permit for excavation in any street, thoroughfare, park or public place to any person who has failed or refused or neglected to comply with all the requirements of this chapter, or with the reasonable orders or requirements of the Director, or to pay any balance due the City, by reason of work done in connection with permits previously issued to him. (1931 Code §27.3812)
