907.10 EXCAVATION WARNINGS.
If any excavation is left open, or if any excavated material is left near the excavation, during the nighttime sufficient red lights or lanterns, and during the daytime sufficient red flags and barriers, shall be placed thereon and thereby to warn of their presence.
If the City is required to place such excavational warnings because the permit grantee has failed to do so, no further excavation permit will be granted to such person until the City has been reimbursed the cost of such placement.
