907.06 DEBRIS.

   Material from any excavation in any street, thoroughfare, park or public ground not to be used for refilling or backfilling such excavation, shall be promptly removed and disposed of by the grantee of the permit without expense to the City. If the grantee fails to remove such material, no future permit will be granted by the Director of Public Works until the City has been reimbursed the cost of removing such material. Excavated materials which will be used in refilling or backfilling shall be piled in such place and in such manner as will least interfere with the public, and as the Director of Public Works shall direct.
