907.02 PERMIT APPLICATION; FEE.

The application for an excavation permit shall set forth the number, size and location of excavations desired to be made, or the location and extent of pavement or other surface desired to be removed, shall state the purpose thereof, and shall state the method of excavation and of making connections intended to be used. At the time of filing such application the applicant shall pay to the City five dollars ($5.00) as reimbursement for any cost of necessary preliminary investigations or inspections.
