761.49 DISPLAY OF LICENSE UPON REQUEST OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

No person driving a taxicab which is licensed under this chapter shall fail to produce a taxicab driver's license upon the request of any law enforcement officer. Failure to produce such a license upon request shall constitute prima facie evidence of the fact that such person does not possess such a license.
