761.47 RECORDS.

The taxicab driver shall keep a record of his or her hours of employment as a taxicab driver, and shall keep an accurate daily call sheet or trip record containing a complete record of the operation of each taxicab driven by him/her each day and the fare charged, and turn this call sheet or trip record over to the taxicab operator at the end of his/her tour of duty.

All taxicab drivers shall make records, a copy of which shall be preserved by the operators, showing time of beginning and the time of ending of each trip, the first and last stop and the amount of fare collected. Such record shall be subject to inspection at all times by the City and shall not be destroyed for a period of one year.
