761.38 TAXIMETER TEST AND INSPECTION FEE.
The owner of a taxicab shall pay to the Department of Finance a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for every test or inspection of a taximeter, except for tests made upon complaint of another individual when the taximeter is found to register correctly, and except for inspection not resulting in a finding of inaccuracy, made upon the request of the Transportation and Traffic Division more than once in six months.
