761.19 RECORDS.

   Every taxicab company shall keep a record of all its taxicabs showing the body number, the state license license plate number and such other data as may be necessary to identify the driver of such taxicab at all times, including hours of employment of each driver, or hours of operation permitted under a lease between a driver and the holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity.

   All taxicab companies shall maintain daily call sheets or trip records made by their drivers for each day of operation showing the time of beginning and the time of ending of each trip, the first and last stop and the amount of fare collected. Such record shall be subject to inspection at all times by the City and shall not be destroyed for a period of three years.
