761.17 USE OF UNLICENSED TAXICABS PROHIBITED.

No person, owner, taxicab company or operator shall permit the operation of, nor shall any driver operate, an unlicensed taxicab for purposes of conveying passengers or property to any destination from a point of embarkation within the City.
