761.16 USE OF UNLICENSED DRIVERS PROHIBITED.

No person, owner, taxicab company, operator or driver shall permit any taxicab belonging to or under control of such person, owner, taxicab company, operator or driver to be driven for hire by any person who is not a licensed taxicab driver under the provisions of this chapter.
