761.13 FRAUDULENT INFORMATION PROHIBITED.

No person shall give any fictitious information to practice any fraud, misrepresentation or subterfuge in securing or attempting to secure a certificate of public convenience and necessity provided for in this chapter. Should fraud, misrepresentation or subterfuge be engaged in as a part of securing or attempting to secure a certificate, any certificate issued based, in whole or in part, upon such activity shall be void.
