761.10 GRANTING OF CERTIFICATE.

   If the City Manager determines that the applicant has satisfied all the requirements of this chapter as to requisite financial and business character; that the same will be in the best interest of public; and that granting the application will promote public convenience and necessity; the City Manager shall grant the application and issue a certificate of public convenience and necessity to the applicant.

   The certificate of public convenience and necessity shall include the following information:

   (a)   The name of the applicant granted the certificate (the certificate holder);

   (b)   The number of taxicabs the certificate holder may lawfully operate in the City;

   (c)   The name under which the certificate holder will conduct business;

   (d)   The principal place of business of the certificate holder;

   (e)   The exclusive color scheme and special terms to be used exclusively by the certificate holder on its taxicabs;

   (f)   A statement that the certificate is not transferrable without the approval of the City Manager, and may be revoked or suspended; and

   (g)   A statement that the certificate holder is subject to the rules and regulations contained herein.
