761.07 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED TO OPERATE A TAXICAB COMPANY.

No owner shall operate a taxicab or taxicab company within or from the City unless he is the holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity to operate issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
