761.02 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to taxicabs from other jurisdictions, and having no Hamilton City license, bringing passengers into the City. But this chapter shall apply and no operator or driver of any taxicab shall solicit or accept any passengers within the City of Hamilton, for any destination without first obtaining the necessary certificate and licenses required by this chapter.
