749.08 PURCHASE FROM CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED; MINORS.

No licensee under this chapter shall receive any pledge or purchase any article from any minor, from any person who is at the time intoxicated, from any known habitual drunkard or from any person who is known or believed by such licensee to be a thief, associate of a thief or a receiver of stolen property. No licensee shall employ a minor under the age of eighteen years to engage in the business of pawnbroking. (ORC 4727.10)
