749.04 DAILY REPORT TO POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Each licensee under this chapter shall, before twelve noon of every business day, report to the Chief of Police, on forms to be furnished by the Police Division a description of all articles received by him by pledge or sale on the business day immediately preceding, together with the number of the ticket issued and the amount loaned or advanced thereon. (ORC 4727.09)
