747.02 SERVICE.

No person in charge of any motor coach, authorized to engage in local passenger service, being run or operated through or over any route within the City, shall refuse or fail or neglect to stop such motor coach at any regular stopping place on such route, when signalled so to do, for the purpose of taking on or letting off any person desiring to board or to alight from such conveyance. (1931 Code §75.4450)
