721.09 INSPECTION OF DANCE HALLS.

   The City Manager shall designate in the Department of Public Safety a sufficient number of competent inspectors of dance halls, whose duty it shall be to visit, inspect and supervise public dance halls and other places where public dancing or classes in dancing for hire are conducted, and to enforce the provisions of this chapter and of any other ordinance, law or regulation applicable thereto.
