721.08 OFFICER TO VACATE DANCE HALL FOR VIOLATIONS.

   It shall be the duty of any police officer or of any other properly constituted authority of the City to cause any public dance hall to be vacated whenever any provisions of this chapter or of any other ordinance, law or regulation in respect of dance halls is being violated, or whenever any indecent act shall be committed or any disorder or conduct of a gross, violent or vulgar character shall take place therein, or when any person known to the grantee of any public dance hall license or of any public dance permit as a person of bad moral character is found to be present in such dance hall with the consent or sufferance of the licensee.
