721.07 GENERAL REGULATIONS.

   It shall be unlawful to do or to permit to be done any of the following things:

   (a)    To conduct a public dance later than 2:30 a.m.;

   (b)    To make any discrimination between the sexes in the amount of admission fee charged to a public dance or to a class in dancing;

   (c)    For any person of bad moral character to be present at any public dance or at any class in dancing;

   (d)    To permit any person under the age of eighteen years to attend or remain at any public dance unaccompanied by a parent or by his or her legal guardian; and for any person to represent himself or herself as being eighteen years of age or over, when in fact he or she is under eighteen years of age; and for any person falsely to represent himself or herself as being the parent or legal guardian of any person in order that such person may attend or remain at a public dance;

   (e)    To give a public dance under the guise or name of a class in dancing or for instruction in dancing when in fact it is a public dance.
