721.02 DANCE HALL OR STUDIO LICENSE; FEE.

A license is hereby required to be obtained for the operation or maintenance of any public dance hall or dance studio. The annual fee for any such license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and no part thereof shall be refunded if such license is revoked. No such license shall be transferable either as to place or as to licensee. (Ord. 7307. Passed 8-6-69.)
