719.05 CLEAN-UP OF RENTAL SPACES.

Immediately after 4:00 p.m. of the last sale date included in the vendor's permit, he shall remove all personal property and debris from the rental spaces. In the event the vendors fail to comply with this requirement, the City shall clean the spaces and charge the cost thereof to the vendor. Such vendor shall not be issued a permit to participate in future sales.
