717.09 PURCHASE IN MARKET FOR RESALE PROHIBITED.

No person during market hours shall purchase in any City Market any provisions or articles for the purpose of selling the same again in the market or elsewhere in the City, or sell or offer for sale in the market or elsewhere in the City any provisions or articles which have been purchased in the market.
