717.08 INSPECTIONS AND REGULATIONS BY DIRECTOR OF HEALTH .

   The Director of Health shall have power to make all visits and inspections in the market which he may deem necessary to see that all relevant provisions of State law and these Codified Ordinances are observed and enforced therein, and he shall have power to make such additional regulations and orders applicable to the market and to its use as he shall deem necessary to protect the merchandise therein from contamination and the patrons thereof from any condition dangerous to the public health.
