717.05 REMOVAL OF FIXTURES AT CLOSE OF MARKET.
   Immediately upon the close of market hours any person occupying any space in a market shall cease from making any sales therein, and shall forthwith remove any vehicle, bench, stand, box, barrel or container, and any unsold commodities and any waste or refuse from such space and from the street in the vicinity thereof, at all events within twenty minutes after the close of market hours. Failure to comply with the provisions of this section, or with the reasonable regulations and directions of the Director of Public Works in respect of the same subject matter, shall be sufficient reason for the cancellation or denial of any assignment or privileges in the market spaces.
