717.04 HOURS.

(a) Market hours in the Courthouse Market is hereby established as follows: On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday of each week, from daylight in the morning until 3:00 p.m., except on any such days as may be a legal holiday. No person shall make any sale in Courthouse Market after the hour of closing specified in this section.

(b) Market hours in the Market on the Plaza are hereby established as follows: On Thursday of each week from 11 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. except on any such days as may be a legal holiday, however there may be market hours on holidays. No person shall make any sale in the Market on the Plaza after the hour of closing specified in this section.

(c) Market hours in the RiversEdge Market are hereby established as follows: On the second and Thursday of each month during the months of June, July and August of each year from 4:00 p.m. until dusk, however there may be additional markets on a Thursday in May and/or September of each year. No person shall make any sale in the RiversEdge on the Plaza after the hour of closing specified in this section.
