717.03 CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF MARKET SPACE ASSIGNMENT.

   If any person to whom any space has been assigned in any City Market fails, refuses or neglects to observe the requirements of this chapter or of any regulations of the Director of Public Works or his/her designee of Public Works, or if any such person is convicted of any offense under the provisions of these Codified Ordinances relating to weights, measures, health, sanitation or cleanliness, the Director of Public Works or his/her designee shall have power to cancel any assignment of market space to such person or to suspend such assignment for such period not exceeding sixty days as in his/her judgment may be proper.
