711.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a fourth degree misdemeanor for subsequent violations.

(b) Any violation of the provisions of this chapter may be considered by the Director of Finance as a basis for the suspension or revocation of licenses issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 84-7-63. Passed 7-11-84.)
