711.06 UNLICENSED OR UNREGISTERED DEVICES OR AMUSEMENT ARCADES.

No owner or exhibitor shall keep, maintain, permit or allow any unlicensed and unregistered device to be in or upon any public place or place of business under the control, supervision or direction of such person, except such device as in this chapter is exempted from license and registration.

No owner or exhibitor shall operate an unlicensed amusement arcade.
