711.03 LICENSE FEES.

The fees for licenses required under Section 711.02 shall be paid at the time of the issuance thereof and shall be as follows:

(a) Mechanically or electrically operated amusement device: one hundred dollars ($100.00) per device per year.

(b) Amusement arcade: four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00) for each place of business per year.

The term of the licenses issued under this chapter shall be as provided in Chapter 701 of the Business Regulation Code.
