709.10 EXCEPTION TO LICENSE OR PERMIT FEE.

No license or permit fee required by Section 709.02 hereof shall be charged to a nonprofit organization for a license or permit to operate a family billiard room for the benefit of a charitable, benevolent or religious institution. (Ord. 87-12-106. Passed 12-30-87.)
