709.09 CLOSING HOURS IN FAMILY BILLIARD ROOMS.
No person shall keep open or allow to remain open any door, window or other means of entrance to any family billiard room, nor admit any person thereto or permit any person to remain on the premises between the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sundays or between the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Mondays through Saturdays. This section does not apply to owners, permit holders, workers, cleaning personnel, employees or other persons making repairs or additions to the premises. (Ord. 87-12-106. Passed 12-30-87.)
