709.07 MINORS IN FAMILY BILLIARD ROOMS.
No grantee of a billiard or pool room license, or his agent, employee or representative, shall allow or permit any minor under the age of eighteen years to enter or remain in a family billiard room, unless the minor is accompanied at all times by his parent or guardian, or by another adult with the express written permission of the parent or guardian of such minor, which permission shall specify by name the adult who may accompany the minor. In no event shall any minor between the age of six and eighteen years be permitted to enter or remain in a family billiard room during school hours, or after 9:00 p.m. on days preceding school days, or after 11:00 p.m. on other days, or after 7:30 p.m. if the minor is under the age of fifteen years.
