709.05 CLOSING HOURS.

No person shall keep open or allow to remain open any door, window or other means of entrance to an establishment having a billiard table or pool table permit or a billiard or pool room license, nor admit any person thereto, between 2:30 a. m. and 6:00 a. m., except in a family billiard room as hereinafter defined. (Ord. 6943. Passed 11-2-66.)
