709.04 MINORS MAY NOT BE ADMITTED.

   No grantee of a billiard or pool room license or permit or his agent, employee or representative shall allow or permit any minor under the age of eighteen years to remain in such billiard or pool room, or play billiards or pool therein, except in a family billiard room as hereinafter defined.
