709.01 LICENSE OR PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) A license is hereby required to be obtained for the operation or maintenance of any billiard room or pool room having two or more billiard tables or pool tables, which are used by the public.

(b) A permit is hereby required to be obtained for any place where one billiard table or one pool table is used by the public.
