553.06 LIGHTING OF GRADE CROSSINGS.

   It shall be the duty of every person maintaining or operating any railway, other than a street railway, which crosses any thoroughfare of the City at grade, to light each such crossing by the same means and to the same degree and during the same hours as other adjacent parts of such street are lighted.
