545.22 REMOVAL OF RIVER BED MATERIAL.

(a) No person shall take sand, gravel, boulders or stone away from any of the bars or from the bed of the Miami River, unless under the authority of the Miami Conservancy District. (1931 Code §28.9112)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
